Buddies Joey and Jerome have been watching mainstream fair along the lines of Diehard and Transformers their whole lives. When Jerome's sister lends them some of her independent films on DVD, their minds are blown and their world expanded. They decide then and there to make their own independent film, despite having only a small budget ($36), an VHS camcorder, and no filmmaking experience to speak of. And we get to watch the result.
