After a failed attempt at dating and an encounter with a hooker Eugene's search leads him to the streets of Hollywood where he meets Josh, a young hustler who turns tricks to support a herion habit, and Heather, a beautiful softcore porn model who dreams of starting a new life.
Feature Film
As the seasoned infantry and tank units of the German 11th Panzer 'Ghost' division move silently into position on the snowy hills around Nennig Germany ,a battle weary GI and his unit stand ready to defend the small town, a key position in the Allied advance to win the war. Outgunned and outnumbered, Sgt. Don Smith (Cole Carson) struggles to find hope and courage against overwhelming odds in one of the decisive confrontations in the 'Battle of the Bulge'. His squad of GI's in the 94th Infantry Division lay dug in on the ridge outside of town. No one in high command believed that German forces would attack in the sub zero temperatures and near blizzard conditions. As the pre-dawn attack comes, with communications down Sgt. Smith is left with no choice but to make his way through enemy fire, unarmed and wounded, into town and warn of the coming attack. Based on actual accounts, 'Everyman's War' explores the heroic events of this decorated veteran's courage and the struggle between duty and desire. Between the prospect of the life and love, Dorine (Lauren Bair), that waits at home and the harsh realities of war which marks the pivotal epoch in his life as he discovers that the loss of hope can be worse than the loss of life. One man's courage...One man's hope...Everyman's War. An ensemble cast including Mike Prosser, Sean McGrath, Erik Reid and Brian Julian bring the authenticity of this company of Gi's in WWII Germany to life.

Welcome to the 2009 Indie Spirit Film Festival
The Indie Spirit Film Festival is an annual event for filmmakers (professionals and students) and film lovers alike, with a superb program of feature films, shorts, docs, animation, and many other films from around the world.

Indie Spirit also has a sub-theme in which Native American films are showcased. A portion of the proceeds from the ticket sales for Native American films will be donated to social programs at reservations across North America.

Indie Spirit is about filmmakers establishing a relationship with audiences, distributors, and other filmmakers.

Currently, Colorado Springs is very fortunate to have two major film festivals (Rocky Mountain Woman's Film Festival and Pikes Peak Lavender Film Festival) which turn out hundreds to thousands of people annually; however, this will be Colorado Springs first film festival that welcomes filmmakers to submit films who are of any age, gender, or sexual orientation. It is truly a festival open to anyone who has a good quality film to present.
